Finding the right job and company is hard work
It takes time and effort to get to know a company – to make sure it’s the kind of place you know you can make an impact at and somewhere you want to invest your time and energy and build your career with. We’d like to save you some of that effort by applying to YOU. We want to give you the insight and information you need to make an informed decision about joining us. We want you to meet our people - the team you are joining, our leadership, as well as people on different teams and contracts - so that you understand us and make sure we are the right fit for what you are looking for in a company. Whether you are a new grad, a seasoned DoD performer, or retired or separated military, if you are enthusiastic, smart, dedicated, optimistic, and want to work with purpose, give us a shout.
We founded Highbury in 2013 with the following goals:
- We never forget that our reason to be is to support our men and women in uniform and their families.
- We are one team and we care about and support each other.
- We value and strive for excellence.
- We step up, we don’t sit back.
- We like each other and we like what we do.

In Their Own Words
“First and foremost, the culture. People care about each other here. If you need help with anything, you just need to ask. When I first joined Highbury right out of the military, I struggled with written briefing requirements. My program manager offered to review every brief I drafted until I felt comfortable. He spent a lot of time coaching and helping me and was always positive and encouraging.”
“Feeling like my work has real purpose – we are taking care of our sailors and marines.”
“Four months into COVID and teleworking, the company did a BBQ in the office car park. They asked everyone in the company to place their orders and gave us time slots to drive by and pick up food. The owners and senior managers spent time speaking with and checking in on everyone as we picked up food. It was great to feel connected.”
“Learning about (British) football. One of Highbury’s owners is a fanatical Arsenal fan. If you apply for a job here, look up Highbury Stadium before your interview. Also, don’t support “spuds””.
“It’s a kid and dog-friendly company.”
“Access to leadership. I’ve never felt like there are layers of hierarchy between me (two years out of college) and Highbury’s leadership.”
