HDG’s Quality Assurance Program Summary
HDG embraces a culture of quality assurance that we apply to all aspects of our program and task order (TO) performances. We have formalized our quality assurance processes in our tailored Quality Control/Quality Assurance Plan (QC/QA Plan).
The goal of our QC/QA Plan is to ensure consistent and successful on-schedule delivery of services, which meet or exceed quality requirements established in the Performance Work Statement or Statement of Work of a particular TO. The Plan mandates the implementation and use industry best practices and results in predictable, meaningful, and measurable quality across all efforts. The Plan also, crucially, demands on-going monitoring that permits continuous improvement and evolution.

just a few minutes from Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) Head Quarters, SPAWAR Systems Center Pacific (SSC PAC), Commander Third Fleet (C3F), Commander Naval Surface Forces (CNSF), Commander Naval Air Forces (CNAF), and Navy Special Warfare Command (NSWC or NAVSOC).
