Work with a dynamic small business providing financial management support within the defense market. Focus on financial management to help develop and implement both internal and external (client, subcontractor) financial processes. Provide financial information and presentation materials to support internal and external Spend Plans, MSRs, and PMRs. Coordinate funding requirements with internal and external clients and draft funding documents while analyzing, tracking, and reporting commitment, obligation, and expenditure data. Provide financial oversight to subcontractors, including invoice and funding requirement reviews and approvals. Support contract or task order kickoff meetings with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the accurate set up of new tasks. Assist with estimating and tracking financial information and managing spend plans for multiple programs, and support cost volumes for proposal efforts.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience with DoD program and project financial management, including DCAA requirements
- Experience with subcontractor management, including SOWs, funding mods, funding allocations, and invoice review and approval
- Experience with financial analysis, including invoicing, spend plans, and MSRs
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and its effective use in a financial tracking, analysis, and reporting environment
- Ability to identify, research, discuss, and resolve administrative and financial issues independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage and track multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Secret clearance or ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- BA or BS degree preferred (may substitute with experience)
