Role: We have an immediate opening for a Mid-Level Program Analyst to provide Data Visualization, Metrics, and Strategy support to the Fleet Readiness Directorate, Installations (FRD 200).
Job Duties:
- Make recommendations for process changes and improvement
- Work with functional leads to update and disseminate guidance from FRD Leadership as required
- Manage FRD 200 digitization efforts to improve speed and efficiency of waterfront teams and data collection, metrics generation, and reporting
- Maintain a vision and strategy for digitization of installation processes and tools that starts with FRD 200 and expands across the NAVWAR enterprise
- Work with NAVWAR and FRD front office, including SWARM, for dissemination and reporting of installation metrics
- Work with functional leads to ensure metrics provided are timely, accurate, and consistent across reporting periods
- Maintain tight control over external dissemination of metrics per PM and DPM direction
- Ensure the message associated with each metric is easily understood and clearly communicated to relevant stakeholders; and secure (formal or informal) agreements over further dissemination of each metric
Required Experience / Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience providing Executive and Administrative Assistance to personnel who support Navy Commands or NAVWAR Program Offices or similar
- Ability to analyze briefing material for completeness and / or clerical errors
- Ability to liaise between internal and external NAVWAR organizations
- Excel proficiency
- TABLEAU experience
- Familiarity with applications such as the SYSCOM/PEO Integrated Data Environment Repository (SPIDER), Navy Data Environment (NDE)
- Familiarity with the Navy Modernization Process (NMP) and the Shore/Afloat Installation Process
- Active Secret Clearance
