Provide cybersecurity program and case analyst support to the International C4I Integration Office, PWM 740, in San Diego, CA.
Remote: Not permitted
Travel: Overseas travel required, up to 35%
Hybrid: 2 days per week on client-site (NAVWAR HQ), ad-hoc meetings as required at HDG office (Old Town, San Diego), and overseas travel as noted above
Clearance: Active DoD Secret security clearance
Start Date: Mid-late March 2023
Job Duties:
- Assist host nations with the implementation of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process, to include providing Subject Matter Expertise on cybersecurity designs, patterns, and implementations.
- Review host nation RMF products and provide critical comments and recommendations.
- Engage with Combatant Commands and service component cybersecurity organizations to ensure common understanding of partner nation cybersecurity risks and mitigations.
- Assist partner nation cybersecurity workforces in their understanding of NIST controls and the means of applying these controls to their specific material and organizational structures.
- Support in-country briefings, meetings, and working groups, including working directly with foreign military and government personnel.
- Work independently, in small teams, and across a broad community of interest to produce reports, briefs, and technical analyses.
Requirements
- 4+ years of demonstrated experience providing cybersecurity support to NAVWAR or similar organization.
- Expertise with transition of DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) to Risk Management Framework (RMF) as implemented by the Department of the Navy.
- Experience implementing cybersecurity risk management processes.

The projected compensation range for this position is $90,500 to $135,750.
