SeaPort-e is the Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Technical, and Program Management. Through the SeaPort-e contracting vehicle, the Navy Virtual SYSCOM Commanders (NAVAIR, NAVSEA, NAVSUP, NAVWAR, Strategic Systems Program (SSP), NAVFAC) as well as Commander, Naval Installations (CNI) and the US Marine Corps) are able to award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quality (IDIQ) contracts for engineering, technical, and programmatic services.
HDG offers support in the following 15 SeaPort-e functional areas: 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.5, 3.6, 3.7, 3.8, 3.10, 3.11, 3.12, 3.14, 3.16, 3.18, 3.19, & 3.20.
HDG’s Quality Assurance Program Summary
HDG embraces a culture of quality assurance that we apply to all aspects of our program and task order (TO) performances. We have formalized our quality assurance processes in our tailored Quality Control/Quality Assurance Plan (QC/QA Plan).
The goal of our QC/QA Plan is to ensure consistent and successful on-schedule delivery of services, which meet or exceed quality requirements established in the Performance Work Statement or Statement of Work of a particular TO. The Plan mandates the implementation and use industry best practices and results in predictable, meaningful, and measurable quality across all efforts. The Plan also, crucially, demands on-going monitoring that permits continuous improvement and evolution.
